I wanted to add to my previous survey comments, because I truly believe in giving credit where credit is due. Working in the service industry my self, along with landscaping, customer service, etc. I want to Personally thank Cliff of course, but also Rachel for keeping such a great team together. It truly makes a difference for us renters. We can see that your employees are happy, well trained, polite, and organized. I know that most of that comes from the team member themselves, but it also shows you and whom ever hired good people. Rachel is always on top of any requests. Also thank you to Christina S. & H. Cliff, Christina, and the rest of the Team at 9698 Patriot Blvd. Abberly Crossing, Ladson, SC. 29456, are incredible. They were more then accommodating, and went above and beyond to satisfy our issue. After fixing the air in less then 1 hour of inquiry, Cliff was at our apartment, saw the issue, and fixed it in less then 30 minutes. He was polite, and very knowledgeable. He also came back for a follow up, in which he installed a ceiling fan, in very efficiently. Because of the Abberly Crossing HHHunt maintenance and staff, we have now re-upped on our lease twice, and plan to move into a bigger unit in the same complex (Abberly Crossing) in the near future. Excellent experience and I recommend Abberly Crossing (HHHunt) to friends and families looking for a place to live. Thank you Cliff, Christina and the rest of the team!

Kara at the ladson SC location went above and beyond customers service satisfaction. She was very friendly and knowledge about her product. She made me feel very comfortable and welcoming.

Cliff Hartzog came to service the apartment. He was very professional polite and engaged in everything that was brought up. He also made sure to introduce himself and to ask if there was any other concerns. I was very pleased with his service.
