Is someone in the office?
Yes! We are working in the office during normal business hours. We are scheduling appointments for in person meetings as well. Please remember that face masks and social distancing is still being enforced.
How do I pay my rent?
We’re directing everyone to pay online. Either with ACH (check), Credit Card, or electronic Money Order. You can make these payments on our Portal. If you do not have access to our Portal, please contact the office by phone or email and we can get you set up.
Are amenities open?
Yes, our amenities are open.
Are you accepting packages?
Most of our communities are accepting resident packages or using a parcel acceptance program.
How will my maintenance issues be addressed?
Service requests are performed on a first come basis. Normal service operations is occurring.
Emergency repairs include loss of heat/AC, no refrigeration, no hot water, inoperable toilet, no power, beeping or inoperable smoke detectors, oven not working (this applies to ovens only, not microwaves), washer or dryer not working, wild animal in the apartment, security issues, fire, and flood.
We continue to be extremely impressed with the members of the maintenance team at Abberly Crossing, especially with Cliff as the manager of that team. They are quick to respond to our requestsqkjtna and go out of their way to be of help, all with cheerful enthusiasm.

I'm always so impressed by how quickly and well my service requests are completed. Since I was preparing to move out, I had several things that needed to be removed. Colby gave me a call beforehand to confirm everything that needed to be done and did a great job - he even put my ceiling fan back in the box for me! Thanks for your dedication.
Everything to do with this complex is wonderful! The staff are all so friendly. You may hear horror stories of living in apartments, but I guarantee this apartment complex has no horror stories with the maintenance, staff, and overall facility!
No need for a card as I was present during the service call. Everything done quickly, and "very well" by Jeff, and he also repaired the entry door bottom plate, that he had noticed was in need of adjustment to keep out wandering insects, etc. Thanks !! Alex, Alexis, Kara, Cliff, and the rest of The Abberly Crossing staff are amazing. Alex C. was the service tech. -and he took care of the situation. I told Alexis at the front desk, about our A/C unit and she relayed the message and had it fixed within 24 hrs. I appreciate them (The whole Team) and the hard work they put in to keep Abberly Crossings looking and feeling as nice and comfortable as possible.

Cliff Hartzog was my technician. He did above and beyond what I expected. He came in to follow up on my move-in checklist. I wasn't home, so he called me to let me know the status of the repairs, which I greatly appreciated. He also saw the boxed up ceiling fan that I bought and offered to install it the same day, even though I hadn't yet requested the service. I'm very pleased with the service.

our service team is always prompt and efficient. Cliff Hartzog arrived here today less than 24 hours after my work order was put in. As always he was very pleasant and did the job promptly and cleaned up afterward.

When we walked into the office to sign the lease, this was the first time that we met Kara the leasing agent in person. We had been talking to her on the phone, since we were re-locating from NJ. She greeted us with open arms, literally. Which was like we knew each other for years. What a great warm welcome.
I stopped by the office first thing in the morning. I was home around 1:00 and the job was completed.

Cliff Hartzog performed the maintenance on my hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I am now able to enjoy a regular shower without the hot water running out. I thank him very much. He's a life saver.

Daryl Was my leasing consultant. He was very thorough and consistent. I had quite a few questions throught out my move in process and a little bit of a tight schedule. He made everything an easy as possible for me which made my move less stressful. I told him what i was looking for and what i needed and he took care of the rest. I was extremely satisfied with my move in process and I have no hesitations about recommending a friend to Daryl in the future.
Carolyn is the "Man". She was very friendly and helpful with our transition.
This place is a great place to live, even though it was for only a short period of time. This area has a high turn-over in people due to the nature of the businesses and military in the area. Short-term leases should be an everyday occurrence. My lease was for only four months, which worked out perfectly for my project assignment.

Called early Sunday morning for the ac unit going down. Repairman came within an hr and a half and got it running it in seconds. He showed me the issue and explained it all very well. He reported the issue and it was resolved quickly. A+ service
